Oakbank Care Home is a brand new, purpose-built 70-bed luxury care home situated in the scenic town of Crieff. Surrounded by hills and greenery, we offer Residential, Dementia, Nursing, Respite and Palliative care in a peaceful and welcoming environment where residents feel safe, supported and understood.
We are now looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. If you are someone who leads with kindness, acts with confidence and takes pride in delivering outstanding care, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference.
What We Offer:
£23.40 per hour
33.75 contracted hours per week (night shifts)
Paid PVG, uniform and annual NMC registration
Pension scheme and ongoing training
5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)
What You Will Do:
As a Night Nurse at Oakbank, you will be the calm, reassuring presence that residents rely on throughout the night. You will take responsibility for delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care, monitoring residents closely, and responding swiftly to any changes in their wellbeing. Your night will begin with a thorough handover, followed by leading the care team to ensure residents are comfortable, safe and supported. You will administer medication, maintain detailed care records, and provide emotional support as needed. Working closely with families and professionals, you will help create and maintain individual care plans that reflect each resident’s needs and preferences. Most importantly, you will uphold dignity and respect in every interaction, bringing a warm and compassionate approach to all that you do.
What We’re Looking For:
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A calm, kind and confident approach
Passion for delivering high standards of care
