Lead the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Prepare and present comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making processes.
Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to optimise profitability and efficiency.
Oversee the preparation of management reports and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Profile
A strong background in accounting or finance, preferably with relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the FMCG industry.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
Strong leadership abilities and experience managing and developing teams.
Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.

Job Offer
Competitive salary between £70,000 and £80,000 per annum.
