Job Overview
This role involves supporting the vendor business lead to drive profitable market share growth through business planning, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
* Engage with the sales team, conduct training, and promote product knowledge.
* Assist in developing strategies for business growth.
* Manage deal pipelines within the CRM system (Compass).
* Report weekly on sales activities and performance metrics.
* Support execution of business and marketing plans.
* Identify and address training needs for customers and sales teams.
* Handle customer care issues escalations.
* Communicate product details, pricing, and promotions.
* Organize sales floor activities and promote e-business services.
* Engage directly with customers as required.
Skills & Experience
* Customer focus and excellent communication skills.
* Proactive attitude and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to influence and motivate sales teams.
* Knowledge of IT industry, including products and competitors.
* Experience with SAP R3 and Business Warehouse is advantageous.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite.
* Degree in business or related field preferred.
