Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a large, multi-shift team of around 100 colleagues.
* Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and dispatched on time.
* Maintain a positive and engaged working culture across the fulfilment team.
* Oversee stock and warehouse management systems, ensuring best practice.
* Monitor performance through KPIs and use data to drive improvements.
* Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
* Experienced leader with a proven background in fulfilment, warehouse, or logistics management.
* Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop large operational teams.
* Skilled in stock and warehouse management systems, with a data-driven approach.
* Confident in managing KPIs, problem-solving, and implementing improvements.
* Flexible, hands‑on, and adaptable, with a focus on delivering results.
