Curriculum Administrator
Hours: Full time (37 hrs per week, all year round)
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £23,971 per annum + benefits
Location: Rotherham College, Rotherham
About the Role
The Curriculum Administrator is a key part of the College’s Administration Team, supporting both learners and staff throughout the academic year. This role involves assisting the team to achieve key priorities such as monitoring student absence and behaviour, working with staff to ensure data accuracy for funding, inputting timetables, arranging meetings, and liaising with external partners to promote the College.
You will support Classroom Based Learning, Work Based Learning, Employability, Community & ESOL provisions, and contribute to events like Awards Evenings and HE Graduation. The role also includes reception duties as needed.
This position requires high accuracy, excellent organisational skills, and flexibility. A proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach will help the College deliver outstanding teaching and learning, preparing students for their future careers.
Requirements
* Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in further education
* Good knowledge of computer systems; experience with ProSolution is advantageous
* High level of customer service skills and strong interpersonal communication
* Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent); Level 2 in Business Administration or Customer Service, or working towards Level 3
