Job Description
My rapidly expanding and dynamic SaaS client urgently requires two experienced SaaS engineers to help with the deployment and integration of their innovative vendor management platform for thier FTSE100 client. Skills and experience as below. This will be a role for practical and delivery-focused engineers.Key technical experience:Strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting SaaS platforms within AWS-hosted enterprise environmentsProven background working across DEV, TEST, QA, Pre-Prod and Production environmentsExperience supporting Agile delivery teams operating in fast-paced sprint and iteration-based delivery modelsSkilled in creation and maintenance of custom fields, workflows, forms, business rules and platform configurationStrong deployment and release management experience including configuration migration and environment promotionExperience supporting CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines across multiple environmentsAbility to troubleshoot complex platform, configuration and environment issues quickly and effectivelyStrong understanding of enterprise SaaS delivery, configuration governance and change managementPractical experience using JIRA for backlog management, sprint tracking, defect management and workflow progressionExperience supporting UAT, defect triage and resolution activities during testing cyclesAbility to work closely with Architecture, Product, Integration, Customer Success and Engineering teamsComfortable translating business requirements into scalable technical configuration solutionsExperience supporting integrations, APIs and enterprise data flows advantageousExposure to SQL queries, data analysis and troubleshooting activities desirableStrong understanding of RBAC, security models and data handling controls within regulated environments advantageousAdditional skillsInsurance sector experience desirable, particularly within TPRM, Supplier Risk, Compliance or Governance domainsStrong client-facing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage across technical and business audiencesAble to work independently whilst remaining aligned to programme governance, sprint objectives and delivery timelinesExperience producing or contributing to documentation, runbooks, user guides and support material beneficialQuick-thinking, delivery-focused individual with strong attention to detail and a pragmatic problem-solving mindsetIt is expected that this assignment can be conducted remotely with occasional site visits to the South Coast - travel expenses will be provided where necessary.
