Your new role You will be responsible for accountancy training across the South East, including:
1. Developing and delivering Training to Trainee Accountants, and sector-specific updates to established team members.
2. Creating and delivering engaging, effectual training to supportpletion of professional qualifications.
3. Utilise the firm's software to deliver training programmes and utilise a range of resources and visual tools.
4. Reviewing the effectiveness of training and liaising with professional bodies regarding ongoing study.
What you'll need to succeed as part of this Professional Services Training team:
5. Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA) gained within a large or mid-tier Accountancy Firm.
6. Current knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to ULK Accounting, Audit and Taxation.
7. Experience of training and mentoring trainees and creating relevant materials to do so.
8. Experience in accounting and audit and tax software (Xero, CCH, CaseWare, IRIS, Taxcalc etc.)
9. Ability to travel across the South East office network on a regular basis.
