The role of Cleaning Technician will include:
1. General cleaning duties will include mopping, vacuuming, wet and dry dusting
2. Identifying and reporting potential hazards or faults on site, to maintain a safe environment
3. Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of allocated work
4. Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in a good, workable condition and stock levels are maintained
5. Providing a professional, courteous and customer friendly approach to all working tasks
Skills and experiences:
6. British Institute Certificate in cleaning services desirable
7. Experience of undertaking general cleaning duties is essential
8. Some practical experience in operating cleaning machinery
9. Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation is desirable
10. Good interpersonal and customer service skills
11. Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
12. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
