We are looking for: Teaching and Learning Lead £40,036-£44,870 The Role: Are you an outstanding practitioner with a passion for empowering others and driving excellence in teaching and learning? As a Teaching and Learning Lead, youll be at the heart of this missionsupporting and inspiring colleagues to deliver exceptional learning experiences that transform lives. Requirements: What Youll Do Lead professional development and coaching that supports staff to deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment. Champion inclusive, aspirational, and innovative practices aligned with our strategic priorities and the Teaching for Excellence and Elevate Programme. Conduct developmental learning walks and observations, to drive continuous improvement. Design and deliver impactful CPD, induction programmes, and peer learning opportunities. Collaborate across departments to lead strategic projects and share best practice. Act as a digital advocate, supporting the integration of learning technologies. Teach a nominal number of hours in your area of specialism to stay connected to the classroom. Brings deep knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum design, and assessment. Is confident in mentoring, coaching, and leading professional development. Understands the FE sector and the Ofsted framework.
