Requirements: What Youll Do Lead professional development and coaching that supports staff to deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment. Champion inclusive, aspirational, and innovative practices aligned with our strategic priorities and the Teaching for Excellence and Elevate Programme. Conduct developmental learning walks and observations, to drive continuous improvement. Design and deliver impactful CPD, induction programmes, and peer learning opportunities. Collaborate across departments to lead strategic projects and share best practice. Act as a digital advocate, supporting the integration of learning technologies. Teach a nominal number of hours in your area of specialism to stay connected to the classroom.
