What Youll Be Doing
Supporting childrens social, emotional and cognitive development
Planning small:group and individual activities
Encouraging play:based learning and curiosity
Maintaining accurate observations and developmental records
Supporting daily routines and promoting independence
What You Need
Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (EYP/EYE, CACHE/NCFE/BTEC, or equivalent)
Understanding of child development and safeguarding
Patience, reliability and strong communication skills
Desirable Experience
Working with children with autism, ADHD or SEMH needs
Managing challenging behaviour calmly and effectively
