A friendly, established nursery is seeking a permanent Early Years Practitioner to join their growing team.
What youll be doing:
* Supporting childrens social, emotional and cognitive development
* Planning small:group and individual activities
* Encouraging play:based learning and curiosity
* Maintaining accurate observations and developmental records
* Supporting daily routines and promoting independence
What you need:
* Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (EYP/EYE, CACHE/NCFE/BTEC, or equivalent)
* Understanding of child development and safeguarding
* Patience, reliability and strong communication skills
Desirable experience:
* Working with children with autism, ADHD or SEMH needs
* Managing challenging behaviour calmly and effectively
