What youll be doing
* Managing your own caseload of Clinical Negligence, RTA, and Personal Injury claims from instruction to settlement
* Drafting legal documents, including letters of claim, schedules of loss, and witness statements
* Instructing and analysing medical reports
* Negotiating settlements with defendants and insurers
* Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel throughout the litigation process
* Ensuring compliance with protocols, limitation deadlines, and procedural requirements
