Location: Office presence is flexible; however, weekly visits to a London-based agency are mandatory.

Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the planning and creation of our brand communication plans and campaigns to create disproportionate business impact, across the full consumer ecosystem. This specialist and vital role will drive new ways of connecting with our consumers and build the future of our brands through excellent marketing plans & solutions, across our IFP brands Kleenex® and Andrex®.
1. Lead the development and implementation of our brand and communication strategies for all IFP consumer brands.
2. Deliver breakthrough creative work in order to drive disproportionate cut through and impact.
3. Create productive & valuable partnerships with our agencies to create business impact in the work delivered.
4. Work closely with ABUs, content and media team to bring creative strategies to life in most impactful way possible. In partnership with the wider team, deliver comms and media strategies across full PESO mix.
5. In collaboration with wider team, drive adoption and successful implementation of communications across IFP markets.
6. Lead 2 x senior brand managers to help deliver creative and communication.

7. 10+ Years multinational experience, developing big brand platforms.
8. Proven experience in effectively translating vision for our brands into effective marketing plans.
9. Drives creative and strategic progress by challenging how to be bolder and braver to deliver results.
10. Has an external mindset to win with high performance goals.
11. Foster inclusive and collaborative ways of working across functions and have proven examples of successful cross team working.
12. Experience and knowledge of planning & executing PESO marketing plans across multiple markets.
13. Experience leading and managing specialist agencies to achieve business results.
14. Track record of delivering robust effectiveness/ROI from media and creative deployment(MMM) to drive business impact.
