SENIOR BRIDAL ASSOCIATE
The Role:
Reporting into the Bridal Manager, the Senior Bridal Sales Associate will be based at our flagship store on Sloane Street, hosting all bridal collection appointments, representing the brand within the bridal and retail departments and providing the first point of contact for all bridal enquiries.
The successful individual will continue to build on the reputation of the luxury service offered within the bridal department, with an opportunity to share your knowledge and experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Offering a warm and professional service to all clients
* Styling brides with total looks envisioning the Emilia Wickstead woman
* Managing the bridal diary, clienteling, processing customer information
* Responding to customer enquiries; the role demands a good understanding of Excel and Outlook and a candidate who is highly computer literate due to the heavy amount of administrative work
* Achieve monthly sales targets set by the Bridal Manager
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge across all departments, including ready-to-wear collections and homeware for cross-selling opportunities
* Work closely with the atelier to manage the timeline of all bridal journeys and ensure an elevated service and standard
* Hosting fitting appointments with Head Fitter for all alterations
* Support the Bridal Manager with Bespoke bridal clients
* Support the bridal department within the store with varied responsibilities across stock management, visual merchandising, and general housekeeping
Essential Requirements:
* Previous experience within the bridal industry or in a luxury retail environment
* Previous experience in a customer facing role
* Proficient level of numeracy and literacy
* Fashion or Design qualification desirable
