As a Hire Manager based in Luton you’ll be responsible for:
* Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service
* Arrange collections and deliveries of hire equipment between our customers, Hire Coordinators and Transport teams
* Creating invoices to customers chasing accounts and managing a busy inbox
* Liaising with couriers to get equipment delivered to our customers
* Generating new business
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, between the hours of –

* People management experience. You will be managing a team of 3 and will be managing the branch in the Branch Managers absence
* To be sales focused with previous sales experience in order to win new business
* To be computer literate and have strong communication skills. You will be communicating with customers and stakeholders across the business
* To enjoy working in a fast paced environment and managing a high workload
