Randstad Education is searching for an exceptional Behaviour Mentor to join our vibrant network of schools across Liverpool. This isn't just a job; it's a profound opportunity to shape lives, unlock potential, and guide students towards a brighter future.
Responsibilities:
* Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
* You'll be their consistent point of contact, helping them develop emotional regulation and positive coping mechanisms.
* Work hand-in-hand with dedicated class teachers to implement bespoke behaviour support plans.
* Become an integral part of a supportive school community, contributing to a culture of empathy, respect, and inclusion for all.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 6 months of recent experience working with children or young people in a UK school setting, especially those with behaviour management needs (references essential).
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a commitment to obtaining one).
* A comprehensive CV that tells your unique story and highlights your relevant experience.
* Legal right to work in the UK.
* Full availability, Monday to Friday - because consistency is key to their success.
