Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, reliable, and hard-working individual to join our growing Events Team at Hampshire Cricket Club (Utilita Bowl). As a Traffic Marshal, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, smooth, and efficient movement of customers and guests, delivering excellent customer service at all times.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing vehicle and pedestrian movement
* Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests
* Providing clear directions and customer assistance
* Working closely with the wider event operations team
What We’re Looking For
* Right to work in the UK
* Happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Flexible with working hours (day, evening, and weekend shifts)
* Energetic, positive, and professional attitude
* Strong customer service skills
* A team player with a well-groomed appearance
* Previous Traffic Marshal experience desirable but not essential (training provided)
