Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer at STYRKR, you will play a key role within our creative team, working closely with our Creative Lead to deliver high-quality design solutions across all areas of the brand. From packaging and digital campaigns to social content and print materials, your work will help bring our products and brand identity to life. This is an on-site position, offering the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced and growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
~ Collaborate with the Creative Lead and wider team to develop and deliver compelling design assets for a variety of channels, including:
- Digital and print advertisements
- Creative content for social media and online platforms
Campaign materials across web, email, and events
Take ownership of packaging artwork across our product range, ensuring accuracy across formats, SKUs, and product lines.
Prepare artwork for print production, including layout, file setup, proofing, and liaising with suppliers where needed.
Ensure consistency across all design outputs in line with brand guidelines and creative direction.
Contribute to creative ideation sessions and play a part in developing the visual direction of the brand.
Maintain organised design files and manage digital assets effectively.
Support the design team with occasional administrative or cross-functional tasks as required.
Requirements:
~2-3 year experience in a graphic design or content role.
~ A passion for graphic design and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
~ Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
~ Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
~ A can-do attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to take on various tasks.
~ Previous design experience or relevant portfolio.
