Our client a leading Oil & Gas Operator are hiring a dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk to play a vital role within our busy finance department.
As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for accurately processing a high volume of invoices—over 45,000 annually—using our electronic approval system.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounts payable functions and processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable managing vendor communications professionally via phone, email, or in person
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Capacity to retain and apply information across various invoice types and processesNice to Have Skills:
Experience with SAP or similar accounting software (training will be provided)
Prior involvement in supplier statement reconciliations
Familiarity with procurement procedures and team collaborationPreferred Education and Experience:
Previous experience in an accounts payable or finance role preferred
Relevant qualifications or certifications in finance/accounting are a plusOther Requirements:
Ability to occasionally perform scanning and document management tasks
