We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Care Assistant with proven experience and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training to join our expanding team in Staffordshire.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions
* Implement behaviour support strategies in line with CPI training
* Assist with daily activities, personal care, and therapeutic engagement
* Monitor mental health and report any concerns to the clinical team
* Promote dignity, respect, and independence at all times
* Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months of experience in a mental health care setting
* Valid CPI certification including Advance and Emergency Modules
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A calm, patient, and resilient approach to challenging behaviour
* Right to work in the UK
