A new opportunity has become available for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a company to lead their established team of maintenance engineers. With a background in FMCG being essential as Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for all engineering functions on site. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will ensure all areas are compliant across the site, ensure the maintenance teams are delivering both in terms of reactive & planned maintenance functions. Ensuring Engineering and H&S systems are paramount and that the engineering team works to best practice. Develop strategies that deliver continuous engineering improvements across all engineering functions both in terms of systems, processes & people.
