Stock Condition Surveyor

Contract Role, 8am-5pm, £26 - £30 per hour

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for Stock Condition Surveyors based in Cornwall.
Responsibilities
* Carry out Stock Condition Surveys in social housing properties.
* Provide technical advice and ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements.
* Build strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
* Carry out HHSRS evaluations.
* Record and update survey data in the asset management system.
Qualifications
* Experience carrying out Stock Condition Surveys.
* Relevant qualifications / experience in building surveying.
* Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry.
