Job Title: Flexible Supply Teachers
Location: East of England, Essex, Basildon

Salary: £120 - £200 Per day
Job Duties:
1. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students based on the provided curriculum
2. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
3. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
4. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment
5. Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their development
6. Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to enhance the overall learning experience
Required Qualifications:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students
10. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Education:
11. Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
12. Prior experience teaching in a classroom setting
13. Experience working with students of various ages and backgrounds
Knowledge and Skills:
14. Thorough understanding of the national curriculum
15. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
16. Proficient in classroom management techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
17. Additional teaching certifications or specialisations
18. Experience with remote or online teaching platforms
Working Conditions:
19. Full-time position with flexible working hours
20. Work primarily in a classroom setting
21. Potential for travel between schools within the East of England region
22. Collaboration with school staff and participation in professional development activities
