Overview

We’re looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our team, on a 12mth FTC, to provide expert HR support to managers and employees. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, timely, and professional HR advice, ensuring best practices and compliance with local regulations. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for HR advice and support. You’ll work closely with managers to build their confidence and skills in people management. You’ll handle employee relations cases, support onboarding and offboarding, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. How you'll make an impact You’ll also play a key role in organisational changes, such as restructuring or acquisitions, by providing guidance, preparing documentation, and supporting consultation processes. Additionally, you’ll help with annual HR processes like performance management and pay reviews, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Supporting managers with HR advice and coaching. Managing employee relations cases and ensuring compliance. Supporting organisational changes, acquisitions, and restructuring. Handling HR administrative tasks, including payroll and benefits. Maintaining accurate employee data and generating HR reports. About You You’re an experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of HR policies and employment law. You’re confident in managing employee relations cases and have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment. You’re a team player who can build strong relationships and adapt to changing priorities. What you’ll bring: 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist role. Knowledge of HR policies and compliance regulations in Germany and Switzerland (other European countries are a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR systems like Oracle and tools like Excel. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to ethical practices.
