We are now seeking a Production Team Leader to join our Technical Operations team. As Production Team Leader for an exciting new therapy, you’ll be responsible for managing a high-performing team to meet production targets while ensuring compliance with cGMP and EHS standards. You’ll drive continuous improvement, foster a culture of accountability, and support the development of your team. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Production team to deliver the manufacturing schedule safely and efficiently. Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and site policies, always maintaining audit readiness. Collaborate with Bioprocess Development, ensuring successful transfer to Technical Operations. Ensure that the team have the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to deliver the production schedule on time and in full and actively contribute to improving processes.
