Job Title: Project Administrator
Location: Farnham (with occasional site visits)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Project Administrator to support the delivery of commercial fit-out, furniture, and facilities projects. Based in our Farnham office, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly behind the scenes — with some site visits required from time to time.

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing day-to-day administrative support across multiple live projects

Managing and updating Excel-based trackers, cost sheets, and schedules
*
Assisting with procurement, delivery coordination, and supplier communication
*
Supporting the project team with financial admin, purchase orders, and invoicing
*
Maintaining clear documentation and helping prepare project handover packs
*
Liaising with site teams and occasionally visiting projects to support on-the-ground delivery
*
Working closely with the accounts team to ensure accurate records and reporting
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a project admin, project coordinator, or similar support role
*
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets, budgets, and project data
*
Ideally, some background or understanding of accounts processes (POs, invoicing, reconciliation)
*
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*
Great communicator who can work collaboratively with different teams
*
Comfortable working in a busy environment and juggling multiple deadlines
