We’re a newly carved-out analytics business, and as we establish our foundations and explore growth opportunities, we’re looking for an experienced Interim HR M&A Consultant to join us on a short-term basis.
This is an initial three-month contract role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-change environments and can hit the ground running. You’ll be responsible for leading the HR workstreams across the M&A lifecycle, from due diligence through to integration planning and execution.
Key responsibilities include assessing people risks, advising on employment law and TUPE, supporting cultural integration, and working closely with legal, finance, and leadership teams to align the people strategy with business goals.
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in HR M&A, ideally within carve-outs, start-ups, or high-growth environments. You’ll need a strong understanding of UK employment law, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently and pragmatically.
This is a high-impact role with visibility across senior leadership and the opportunity to help shape the future of a new business. Flexible working is available, with a preference for candidates who can be based in or travel to London as needed.
