Job Title: Retrofit Designer & Coordinator Location: Commutable to Bristol Job Type: Permanent Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Key Responsibilities: * Develop and coordinate PAS 2035-compliant whole-house retrofit designs, including fabric, ventilation and heating strategies. * Produce detailed retrofit drawings, specifications and technical details to support planning, tender and construction stages. * Ability to undertake and interpret energy performance analysis (e.g. SAP, PHPP, IES or similar) to inform design decisions and performance targets. * Retrofit Coordination, preparing and managing retrofit plans, risk assessments and compliance documentation. * Lead technical reviews including thermal performance and natural ventilation to identify appropriate measures. * Coordinate with clients, social housing providers, Residents, contractors and consultants to align design intent, programme and delivery. * Monitor design progress against project schedules, updating plans and coordinating information flow across the project team. * Provide technical input during site stages, addressing design queries, reviewing installations and supporting quality assurance.
