We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Staff Nurse to join our friendly team within the Rosebank Ward at Caithness General Hospital, Wick. We are a busy acute admission ward, with a three bedded high dependency unit receiving patients from the Emergency Department. We aim to provide a high standard of care to our clients on a daily basis. All acute medical, surgical admissions and GP referrals are received through the acute referral pathway. This is an exciting opportunity at a time of continuing quality improvement.
You will be supported in completing further training and gaining the experience needed to deliver a high standard of evidence-based patient-centred care. You will be working closely with the multi-disciplinary team. This is a 37 hours per week permanent post available working a rotational day/night duty contract as required. Part-time hours may also be considered.

* Contribute to continuous quality improvement within the ward.
* Handle effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues in a busy clinical setting.
Qualifications and Experience
