This role would suit a Sales Team Manager who has demonstratable experience of line managing and leading a team of high performing sales people in a B2B environment. This role is Hybrid within the UK - the office is in Northampton and the team meet three times per week. To be a successful, the ideal Sales Team Manager candidate will have: · A strong background in B2B sales. · Background in selling within regulated markets (finance / telecoms / energy) · Full line management experience · Strong communication and take a proactive approach to leadership.
