We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team and contribute to the company's goals. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing strategic partnerships.
* Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and enhance the overall client experience.
* Main point of contact for an assigned client list, acquiring a thorough understanding of their needs and requirements.
* Propose commercially beneficial solutions that meet clients' business objectives and changing utility and energy demands through contract renewals, up and cross selling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure timely delivery of Sustainable Energy First products and services to customers with exceptional service quality.
2. Expand existing customer relationships through various communication channels, from meetings to regular calls.
3. Serve as a liaison between key customers and internal teams to resolve any issues or problems.
Requirements:
* Strong motivation and drive to contribute to company goals.
* Experience in account management within the public sector, ideally in the NHS.
* Expertise in managing strategic client relationships.
* Proven track record in building, developing, and retaining long-term key client relationships.
