Roles & Responsibilities - Strategize and design holistic growth frameworks for creators and agencies. Setting clear objectives and long-term development plans to drive sustainable success on TikTok - Identify and grow high-potential creators. Drive creator growth at scale leveraging various approaches: affiliate program, championships, trainings, agency collaboration, etc. - Scale high quality content and creators. Leverage the platform’s services to scale quality creator and content supply. - Enhance the creator experience, streamline operational processes, and ensure seamless program execution with various cross function teams.
Minimum Qualifications - Experience in content, creator management, e-commerce or relevant field - Experience of successfully driving initiatives independently while effectively working with diverse cross-functional teams. - Data-driven and structured thinker, combining analytical rigor with a strong focus on achieving measurable goals. - Portuguese speaking is a must to work with Portuguese-speaking clients Preferred Qualifications - A deep understanding of the EU e-commerce landscape is highly desirable. - Fast learner, proactive, and resilient, able to perform and excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
