Overview
Optimum Medical are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Field Sales Associate to join our dynamic and successful sales team. The role is field-based, covering Yorkshire and surrounds, and involves supporting and building upon existing accounts as well as establishing new partnerships in the Primary and Secondary sectors. Some travel within the assigned territory and overnight stays may be required.

Role & Responsibilities:
* Identify new business opportunities and potential customers
* Deliver and exceed sales targets for urology and healthcare lubricants within the Optimum Medical portfolio
* Deliver and exceed targets for new patient registrations onto the Vyne service
* Develop a thorough understanding of how a Dispensing Appliance Contractor (DAC) operates
* Ward walking and replenishing stock in designated hospitals
* Monitor and analyse sales data, customer trends, and market insights to identify opportunities for growth
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Demonstrable commercial/business acumen
* Dynamic and driven with an interest in developing a career in medical sales
* Desire to work in a target-driven environment
* Confident, articulate, and a strong relationship builder – a natural networker
* Ability to operate independently and contribute effectively within a team
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory
* A full UK Driving Licence
Desirable (not essential):
* Degree in business, science, or related field
* Some experience in urology
* Experience in a medical device sales role with a track record
* Familiarity with Netsuite is advantageous but not essential; full training provided
