This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and best practice implementation across the site. We are looking for someone that can… Lead and improve the Manufacturing Excellence program for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Bridgwater (TSSB). Support the Operations Manager and Steering Committee (including the General Manager) with Beyond Budget planning, project identification, prioritization, selection, and reporting. Assist Project Sponsors and Project Managers with project governance, including identification, prioritization, chartering, valuation, and reporting. Lead process improvement projects using disciplined ME tools and techniques. Identify, share, and implement best practices across the plant. Benchmark with ME Leads at other Trelleborg business units. Provide appropriate ME skills training to plant associates. About the Ideal Candidate You are a proactive leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. You thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Your background combines technical expertise with strong project management skills, and you are confident in leading change initiatives that deliver measurable results. You bring: A technical, engineering, or manufacturing qualification (desirable). Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong project and portfolio management experience. Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills. A track record of delivering change management initiatives successfully.
