We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our expanding client services team. You will be goal-orientated, thrive on challenges, a problem-solver with an aptitude for building strong client relationships and driving projects to completion within time and budget.
Responsibilities:
* Co-ordinating orders and projects through our internal workflow from receipt of enquiry through to delivery
* Owning customer service, ensuring clients are updated as often as they need throughout the project cycle and communicating changes, challenges, or questions between the business and the client
* Order quoting and processing
* Working with our Sales team, Production, Installation and Suppliers to clarify solutions to client’s requirements
* CRM management: creating and maintaining accurate project records and schedules
* Ability to interpret design and engineering drawings and co-ordinate the drawing approval process
* Document Control – uploading project documents to our supplier portals and our internal CRM portal
* Producing bespoke operations and maintenance manuals where necessary
* Travelling onsite to meet with clients, third parties and sub-contractors
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Skills and experience:
* Proven Account Management experience within a creative, production or manufacturing industry or similar
* Dedicated to providing excellent customer service with a high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal skills to develop good internal and external business relationships
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent IT literacy especially Microsoft Office
* Experienced in using a CRM and following a clear process
* Ability to interpret design and engineering drawings
* Critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
