Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and managing the operational and clinical aspects of the pharmacy team
* Providing expert advice to consultants, clinicians, and patients on the safe and cost-effective use of medicines
* Driving continuous improvement in medicine management and patient safety
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and professional standards

Salary and Benefits
The Pharmacy Manager will receive:
* A competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum

About You
To succeed as a Pharmacy Manager, you will need:
* Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
* Significant experience in hospital pharmacy and surgical patient management
* Proven managerial experience in a clinical or healthcare environment
* Strong problem-solving and clinical reasoning abilities
* A collaborative, proactive approach to patient-centred care
Candidates with experience as a Medicine Management Lead, Clinical Pharmacist, Hospital Pharmacist, or Pharmaceutical Services Lead are encouraged to apply.
