SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 | OTE 40,000 (with underpin for initial period)

About the Role
This is a full-on, exciting sales role within a high-performing team that has real momentum behind it. You'll be managing property sales from initial enquiry right through to completion, conducting viewings, generating new business, and negotiating offers to get the best possible outcomes for your clients.
But this isn't just about hitting targets. This agency genuinely invests in its people. You'll receive excellent mentorship and a clear pathway to Senior Negotiator level, with the full support of a management team that wants to see you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Managing property sales from initial enquiry through to completion
Conducting viewings and delivering an exceptional customer experience
Proactively generating new business through prospecting and networking
Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best results
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
Supporting junior team members and contributing to overall office performance
Keeping up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
What We Are Looking For
Experience in residential property sales A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, target-driven and professional in approach Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
