Key Responsibilities

* Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
* Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
* Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and providing guidance and support
* Assisting with tax compliance and liaising with HMRC where necessary
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting managers and partners with ad hoc projects

Requirements

* ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
* At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and compliance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
* Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members is desirable
