My client, a specialist, innovative multidisciplinary consultancy, is searching for a CAD Designer based in Glasgow, Scotland.
Essential Criteria
* Demonstrable experience in the UK water industry as a CAD Technician.
* Proficiency in software such as Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and AutoCAD Civils 3D.
* Good knowledge of water infrastructure civil detailing practices.
* Ability to interpret and apply engineer mark-ups and specifications.
* Understanding of multidisciplinary model coordination and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities
As a CAD Designer, you will join a successful team of design specialists, with opportunities to grow your career within the UK water sector. Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing 2D and 3D drawings and models for water and wastewater treatment projects.
* Producing general arrangements, RC details, site plans, using Revit and Civils 3D.
* Collaborating across the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform with engineers and designers.
* Reviewing models, QA/QC, and assembling drawing packages for construction and tender submissions.
* Maintaining revision records and drawing registers in line with project requirements.
