Senior Systems Engineer Role Summary As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role throughout the full product lifecycle — from supporting bids and tenders, gathering requirements, and defining system architectures, through to verification and delivery. You will join a small, dynamic team continually designing and developing world-class products. The role involves leading technical development and collaborating closely with other engineering disciplines such as RF, Hardware, Mechanical, and Embedded. You will help define, develop, and deliver bespoke engineering solutions, supporting both New Product Development (NPD) and revenue-generating projects. This position provides the opportunity to work across three key capability areas: Datalinks – Secure Tactical Data Links for video and Internet Protocol (IP) data transmission. Spectrum Monitor Systems – Tools that empower customers to monitor, analyze, and manage the RF spectrum. Battlespace – Covering tactical COMINT, High Frequency Direction Finding (HF DF), Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS), and Counter Remote Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (C-RCIED) products.
