A much-loved, premium lifestyle brand is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Head of Retail to lead its UK & Ireland store portfolio.
With a strong heritage and international presence, this brand is synonymous with craftsmanship, design, and quality. This role offers the opportunity to shape the retail strategy, drive store performance, and lead a passionate team across a network of beautiful retail spaces.
What you'll be doing:
* Owning and evolving the UK & Ireland retail strategy, aligned with global objectives
* Leading and developing a team of store leaders and regional managers across the estate
* Driving commercial performance, customer experience, and operational excellence
* Collaborating cross-functionally to elevate omnichannel integration and brand consistency
* Championing brand standards and cultivating a strong internal culture
About you:
* A proven retail leader with experience in premium or heritage brands
* Commercially minded, customer-obsessed, and people-focused
* Able to balance strategy and execution, with a hands-on leadership style
* A strong communicator and collaborator with experience influencing senior stakeholders
