Job Description
Anderson Knight is recruiting an Administrator within the Procurement team on behalf of a well-established business based in Hillington.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate data, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, supporting engineering and procurement requirements, and ensuring timely processing of materials and documentation.
Hours : Monday – Friday, 08:30 to 16:30
Salary : £24,968
Key Responsibilities:
•\tHandle procurement processes: sourcing materials, raising and monitoring POs, managing returns, and stock adjustments.
•\tInvestigate and resolve supplier invoice queries promptly.
•\tMaintain up-to-date records and documentation in line with company/client requirements.
•\tUse Excel confidently – including pivot tables, CONCATENATE, and lookups (V, X, or Y).
•\tIdentify and rectify outstanding purchase orders.
•\tCollaborate with engineers, suppliers, sub-contractors, and internal teams to meet SLA targets.
•\tManage documentation relating to F-Gas and legislative compliance.
•\tEnsure proper use of PPE and adherence to all health & safety procedures.
Key Skills & Attributes:
•\tProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
•\tPrevious experience in an administrative and/or customer service role.
•\tAbility to multitask, prioritise effectively, and maintain composure under pressure.
•\tStrong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.
•\tService industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
