32.5 hours per weekTheLocal Academy Council of Littleton Green Community Schoolis seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicatedCurriculum Area Learning Supervisorto support teaching and learning acrossReception to Year 6, and to provide cover supervision in the absence of a teacher.We are a hardworking and committed team of professionals who work together to provide a welcoming, safe, and“outstanding”academy and nurseryWe are looking for someone who:
* Holds a minimumNVQ Level 3 in Childcare & Education
* Is committed and passionate about improving outcomes for children and the academy
* Maintains high expectations of themselves, colleagues, pupils, and parents
* Contributes to teaching and learning and provides feedback on pupils’ progress and behaviour
* Supports the selection and preparation of inclusive teaching resources
* Assists in evaluating pupil progress through a range of monitoring and assessment activities
* Works effectively within all school policies and procedures
* Communicates daily with class teachers, teaching assistants, and leadership staff
* Can follow instructions from other professionals
* Is proactive, adaptable, and flexible in their approach
