1. Manage complex civil and personal injury caseloads including inquiries, clinical negligence, and fatal accident cases.
2. Minimum 5 years’ PQE with strong Court of Session experience and motivation to work on cases influencing law and policy.

10. Manage litigated defender cases for insurers and corporates, primarily employer and public liability claims.
11. 5–10 years’ PQE; strong experience in personal injury defence, advocacy, and case management essential.

Experienced Personal Injury Litigator/Advocate – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 16819)
13. Senior advocacy-focused role handling all litigation stages, from opinion to proof, within a leading PI firm.
14. Minimum 5 years’ PQE; strong oral/written advocacy and experience across personal injury law required.
