THE ROLE
We're looking for reliable, tough, hands-on individuals to join our team as Janitors. This is a physically demanding role for people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty and take pride in keeping the site safe, clean, and well-maintained.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Removing graffiti and keeping surfaces clear
* Litter picking across car parks, paths, and entrances
* Sweeping and maintaining outdoor areas
* Moving and operating heavy equipment safely
* Identifying hazards and taking action immediately
* Supporting recycling and environmental standards

REQUIREMENTS
* Physically fit and capable of lifting, bending, pushing, and walking repeatedly
* Confident handling heavy equipment
* Full UK driving licence
* 1-3 years' experience in grounds, janitorial, or cleaning maintenance
