Build and own the marketing operations engine that powers scalable growth at ALTOUR.
This role is responsible for the systems, data, and processes that turn campaigns into pipeline. You design, maintain, and optimise HubSpot and connected platforms so marketing and sales can operate at speed, with confidence in the data.
This is not an email role. This is a systems, data, and optimisation role.
Responsibilities
Marketing operations and systems
* Set up and structure all campaigns in HubSpot
* Build, manage, and optimise workflows and automations
* Maintain campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting structure
* Manage chatbot conversations and sales flows
* Maintain the integration logic between HubSpot, Saleforce, and website systems
* Maintain dashboards and reporting inputs
Data quality and governance
* Own data hygiene across marketing systems
* Manage lifecycle stages, lead status, and field accuracy
* Maintain ZoomInfo and generate clean, targeted campaign lists
* Ensure GDPR-compliant processes are followed
* Diagnose and fix data issues before they impact reporting or sales
Campaign optimisation
* Build dashboards that track performance across the full funnel
* Set up attribution and conversion tracking
* Identify drop-offs and optimisation opportunities
* Provide clear recommendations to improve campaign performance
* Support paid campaign setup and tracking for LinkedIn and Google Ads
Process and project management
* Document marketing operations processes and playbooks
* Manage the marketing project tracker and email inbox
* Track incoming requests, priorities, and completion times
* Report on throughput, bottlenecks, and turnaround times
Cross-functional collaboration
* Act as day-to-day liaison between marketing, sales operations, IT, and development teams
* Support HubSpot–Salesforce integration and troubleshooting
* Coordinate with website and Salesforce developers to resolve issues and improve workflow.
Experimentation and improvement
* Test new tools, integrations, and automation features
* Propose improvements to campaign flow, data capture, and conversion
* Help future-proof ALTOUR’s marketing stack
What success looks like
* Campaigns launch without rework or delays
* Data is accurate, clean, and trusted by sales
* Dashboards reflect reality, not best guesses
* Campaign performance improves through optimisation
* Stakeholders know exactly where to go for support
Qualifications
Essential
* 2+ years’ experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform
* CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
* Strong data and analytical skills
* Process-driven mindset with attention to detail
* Comfortable working cross-functionally
Desirable
* ZoomInfo or similar data tools
* Paid media setup experience
* Analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Power BI)
* CMS or tracking tools (WordPress, GTM)
* A/B testing and experimentation experience
Why this role matters
This role protects revenue. Without strong marketing operations, campaigns fail quietly, data degrades, and sales loses confidence in marketing output. This position ensures speed, accuracy, and scale across the entire funnel.
