Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and conduct field visits as required for customers assigned to you. Translate customer descriptions and codes to ensure they receive exactly what they need. Provide technical solutions to customer requirements, seeking information from Technical Sales or the Product Manager when necessary. Offer application advice, consulting Technical Sales or Product Management if unsure. Work closely with Product Management to report and clarify missing or anomalous product information.
