About the Role
We are seeking anexperienced and proactive Engagement Managerwithhands-on expertiseincommunication, engagement, and patient experienceto supportstakeholder engagement, strategic communication, and community outreach. This role plays a crucial part inbuilding strong stakeholder relationships, facilitatingpublic engagement initiatives, and ensuring the effectivedelivery of communication strategieswithin healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities
Community & Stakeholder Engagement
* Build and maintainstrong relationshipswith patient groups, healthcare providers, and local communities.
* Represent the organisation atcommunity events, health fairs, andstakeholder meetingsto promote healthcare initiatives.
* Collect and documentpatient stories, experiences, andfeedbackto inform service improvements.
* Support the planning and execution ofpublic engagement events, collaborating with internal teams and partner organisations.
* Assist in the delivery ofhealth campaigns, patient experience programs, andpublic health initiatives.
* Create content forsocial media, newsletters, internal briefings, and promotional materials.
* Support the development ofeducational materials, digital content, andpublic engagement strategies.
* Organiseworkshops, stakeholder meetings, andtraining sessionsto raise awareness of key healthcare priorities.
Project Support & Coordination
* Maintain stakeholder databases and monitor engagement activities.
* Assist inproject planning, execution, andperformance trackingto ensure timely delivery.
* Provide administrative support, includingevent coordination, scheduling, and documentation.
* Preparereports, presentations, and data insights to share engagement outcomes with leadership teams.
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong understanding ofhealthcare communication, patient engagement, orstakeholder outreach.
* Experience managingsocial media accounts, newsletters, anddigital engagement strategies.
* Ability toplan and facilitate workshops, stakeholder forums, andcommunity events.
* Proficiency insurvey design, data analysis, andcampaign impact reporting.
* Familiarity withpublic sector operations, healthcare frameworks, and compliance requirements.
* Collaborative experience working withinternal teams, healthcare providers, andcommunity organisations.
