Why We're Hiring:
Our BI & Market Research practice, which dovetails into our Events & Media practice nicely, is looking for someone to pick up the baton from Founder Sam Church. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to build on one of the top performing desks YOY for 3Search. Ideally the successful candidate will come from a background of recruiting for commercial/revenue-generating positions and be comfortable meeting with both candidates and clients in person, which most our network in the space being London-based.
Role Highlights:
* Has historically been a £300k desk, with case studies and reviews to back it up
* A London market which has been mapped out
* More than 50% of the work/clients/roles will be passed to you by the Founder
* Source, assess and place top-tier marketing talent via proactive search methods
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer closing
* Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
* Work cross-functionally with consultants across 3Search and wider 11 Investments brands
You Will Need:
* A consistent billing record in either commercial markets or job families
* A desire to win new business
* Confidence in both internal and external stakeholder communication
* A strong work ethic and genuinely care about delivering a good experience
* Be able to network and build strong in-person relationships.
* A positive, team-first mindset and willingness to keep learning (coachable)
