Broster Buchanan are partnered with a very well known UK brand name who are focused on doing good and improving the lives of their customers, and are looking for a PMO Analyst to join at a very exciting time as they go through a big digital transformation and modernisation.This role will be on a hybrid pattern with 3 days at the client's incredible HQ in Alfreton and offers a salary of £27k - £35k, plus a great benefits package, as outlined at the bottom (including a 9 day working fortnight option with 1 day every 2 weeks off).Due to the office location your own method of transport and license would be required, as it’s out of Alfreton centre and there is no public transport access.Responsibilities:Assist in the day to day running of the programme management officeSupporting the Project and Programme Leads in governing and assuring the full project lifecycle, as well as drive the flow of management information to ensure appropriate portfolio decisions and strategyMaintain records and provide accurate reportingProvide a range of support in areas such as: portfolio services, governance adherence, analytics, portfolio and project health and in continuous improvement effortsAbout you:Some previous experience in a fast paced PMO capacity, with any digital transformation experience being highly beneficialMust have very strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships with stakeholders at all levelsBe naturally methodical and accurate with excellent ability to adhere to deadlines, with strong investigation and analysis skillsMedium/Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data and any MS SharePoint exposure would be highly beneficialBenefits:26 days AL + bank holidays + up to 5 sick days pay if no sick days are takenOption to work condensed hours and do a 9 day fortnight, as well as flexible working optionsUp to 5% employer pension contributionPerformance related annual bonus, the first is paid after the first 18 months and every 12 months thereafter, and a discretionary Christmas bonus, averaging out to 7/8% annuallyHealth cash plan to spend as you want (the tax element is also covered by the business)Life assurance and enhanced maternity/paternity and sick payHeavily subsidised onsite restaurant offering freshly made lunches (and breakfasts planned in the near future)If you are interested, please click apply and share your CV.
