The apprenticeship:
Qualification: Accounts Assistant Level 2
Duration: 15 months

The Role:
Possible start date: ASAP
Monday to Friday – 1730
Total working hours: 37.5
As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer transactions
* Process supplier transactions
* Process receipts and payments
* Process transactions into ledgers
* Reconcile bank statements
* Use accounting software
* Use double-entry
* Prepare CIS returns
* File CIS returns
* Organise and send post to clients
* Allocate post into client system
* Scanning
* Answer phones
* Use spreadsheets
* Organise and allocate client records
* Respond to client queries on emails
* Send customer ledgers to colleagues

Essential qualifications:
